Agreement

By creating an account or using Hire Me Careers USA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Candidate and employer accounts may only be used for their stated purpose.

Subscriptions and payments

All plans are paid monthly subscriptions; there is no free tier. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all orders and handles billing, taxes and customer service inquiries relating to payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the resumes, job descriptions and listings you provide. You grant us permission to process them only to deliver the service. You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

AI-generated documents

Generated documents are drafts based on the information you supply. Review everything before sending it to an employer. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or hiring outcomes.

Employer listings

Employers must post genuine, lawful roles and must not discriminate against candidates. We may review, edit or remove any listing that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, scrape the job board, or submit unlawful or misleading content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
