Information we collect

Account details (name, email address, account type), the resumes, work history and job descriptions you paste into the assistant, documents you choose to save, job applications you submit, and messages you send to support.

Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record. We never see or store your full card number. We store your Paddle customer ID and subscription status so we can unlock the plan you paid for.

How we use it

To provide the service: generating tailored resumes, cover letters and interview kits, saving your documents, running the job board, and managing your subscription.

To contact you about your account, billing and support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

Text you submit for generation is sent to our AI provider solely to produce your documents. Inputs are not stored on our side unless you save them to your account.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the product (hosting, AI processing, Paddle for payments), with employers when you apply to their listing, or when required by law.

Retention and your rights

You can delete saved documents at any time from your account. To access, correct or delete all of your data, email hiremecareersusa@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
